Shipment to the United States (where the majority of our clients are situated) normally takes 7 to 15 business days once a tracking code is provided.

 

MAKING A LARGE ORDER

Is there a limit to the number of items I can order at one time?

There are no restrictions on how much you can order at once. However, you should obtain advice from a skilled professional on the quantity you can acquire, as there may be import limits on those specific products in bulk.

We recommend making a trial purchase for first-time customers, and if you are satisfied with our services, we will be happy to serve you further.

 

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

What are your alternatives for making a payment?

We’re one of the few online steroid stores that accept major credit cards.

However, we prefer our first-time customers not to pay for orders costing more than $750 with their credit card. In these cases, you can make payment via bank transfer, money transfer (such as Moneygram), or Bitcoin. These payments do not require any verification and you will receive a 10% discount on more expensive items when paying using one of these alternatives.

Returning clients receive a discount on each new order and will be able to pay for any amount with a credit card.

What is the procedure for processing my payment?

We may ask you to verify your order after you’ve made a credit card payment. Therefore we need your current phone number. If the order fails to pass our verification or we cannot reach you, we will have to refuse your credit card payment and ask you to pay using one of the alternative payment methods listed above.

We will charge your card only after your payment has been validated and passed our anti-fraud check. Then the order is processed and cleared for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Why has my payment not been reflected on my credit card?

When you make a purchase, your card will not be immediately debited. The verification process can take anything between two hours and two days. If your payment is not showing within two business days of your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

My billing address is not the same as my delivery address. Will this be a problem?

This won’t be an issue as long as the names on the credit card and the shipping address match. However, if the payment gateway asks us to check this order, please understand that additional verification will be required.

If your billing country differs from your shipping country, you will need to use another means of payment.

Is it possible to make a payment by bank transfer, and if so, what are the advantages?

A 5% discount is available for orders paid by bank transfer. We also cover the fees associated with bank transfers. If your order totals $400 and you wish to pay via bank transfer, the total you’ll need to send is $400 – $20 (5 percent discount) – $40 (bank transfer fee) = $340.

If you are order is above $750, we will provide a 10% discount on top of any other discounts you may be entitled to (returning customer, promo code, or special promotions), in addition to reimbursing any bank transfer fees.

Customers in Europe can use Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers to make payments to our EU bank account. You will earn a 10% discount on all orders if you use SEPA transfers as they are not charged.

Bank transfer payments are processed and completed within 1-2 business days and do not require verification. Your order will therefore arrive sooner.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

What are the means of product delivery?

After a successful payment, your product is processed for delivery, and a tracking code is provided within 2-5 business days.

We use trackable EMS (USPS) shipping that requires a signature upon receipt. You can track all packages via the USPS website.

 

Why is tracking not available, according to the shipping website?

Tracking becomes possible only after 72 hours. At this time, the shipment must travel from our delivery center to the logistics warehouse to clear customs. If a tracking code does not appear in the system after three business days, please let us know so we can investigate.

If you are in the United States, we urge you to wait until your order arrives in the country before tracking it on the USPS website. We recommend entering your email address on the USPS site to get the latest information on your delivery status.

Why does my tracking code appear to be inactive?

This frequently happens when items are held at customs and are being processed. This does not suggest any problem. If however, after ten days your tracking code still shows no progress, please contact us and we’ll check into it. We also urge you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office using the tracking code for more information on where your item may currently be situated.

DURATION OF DELIVERIES

What is the average time for a package to be delivered?

Depending on the destination, delivery time can take anywhere from 5 to 17 days.
It takes 5-12 business days to ship to the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
It takes 8–17 business days to get to South Africa.

Is it possible that a shipping delay will occur?

We provide an estimated arrival time based on our statistics and previous experience because the shipping time is determined by a range of circumstances such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, and so on.

Airmail packages typically arrive in 10 to 15 business days, with 80 to 85 percent arriving in 10 to 15 business days. This is due to inconsistencies among postal representatives, not because of our services. Customs clearance in the country of origin, as well as in the destination country, are the primary causes of delays. If your tracking code hasn’t moved in more than five days, this is the most likely reason.

My order was delivered, but why does it have missing parts?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you have this problem. To submit to us, please take a picture of everything you received, including the packaging labels.
